With the very warm weather in November, many of my perennial plants began to send up new growth even after all the leaves had previously fallen. Some of these plants were roses, hydrangeas and iris. Will this have a negative impact on next year’s growth and flowering? Thanks, Diane | Hewitts Garden Centers
